The hotel boasts of beautiful mountain views and outdoor dining areas, perfect for families of 4, 6 persons. the rooms and bathrooms are passable, but there's still room for improvement. Although the old furniture and the terrible smell left our experience less than ideal, it’s great to know that they have large balconies and a spacious apartment. On the bright side, the food served in the cafe was tasty albeit the serving was generous.
The management needs to ensure that the rooms are well, maintained, and the staff need to be more efficient and organized upon check, in and check, out.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! the location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was top-notch, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. The room amenities were also impressive, with tea and coffee facilities, a comfortable sitting area, and a spacious dining table. The room even had cookware and kitchen utensils, allowing me to prepare my own meals if I desired. Lastly, the flat-screen TV provided entertainment, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Celebrating the new year with my family was great. The scenery was breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and fresh air to breathe. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable enough. The café had a great selection of delicious meals with huge servings that are enough to share with the family.
The property was not well-maintained. There were creepy areas, especially the staircase, which was dirty and poorly lit.

The peacefulness and breathtaking scenery from the balcony were the best aspects of this resort. Being slightly outside the town center made it an ideal location to relax and unwind. The food portions from the cafe were plentiful and delicious.
The lack of maintenance on the property was very apparent. The furniture in the rooms felt old and not very clean. The staircase gave off an eerie feeling, and there were insects throughout the kitchen. On top of it all, there was a pipe breakage during our stay, causing low water pressure and ultimately forcing us to leave early. The check-in process was excessively slow, and it was inconvenient to have to go to the counter for things like an iron or TV remote.
